Terms and Conditions

1. Use of the Plugin

The use of the plugin is under the discretion of the customer, therefore it is the individual user's responsibility to ensure its use is both legal and adhering to the terms and conditions of any third parties involved.

2. Money Back Guarantee

The money back guarantee is valid for 30 days from the purchase date. If for some reason you are not satisfied with how the plugin performs or for some reason the plugin doesn't do what you require it to, provided a valid reason can be given you will be issued with a full refund.

3. Support Contract and Open Code

The support contract is valid provided the source code has not been modified. I do not encrypt the source code so you can make any bespoke modifications you require to the plugin. However, if you have made modifications to the plugin I will not be able to honour the support contract. The support contract indicates that I will fix genuine bugs/errors as and when they occur, as well as roll out any improvements I see fit to do so.

4. Damage or Misuse

Any damage done to your Wordpress Installation as a result of using the plugin is not the responsibility of Wordpress Campaign Manager. The plugin has been thoroughly tested and does not actually alter your content but merely filters it before it reaches the page, meaning it can be switched on and off without issue. However, in a worst case scenario and the installation corrupts, this is not the responsibility of WPCM.

5. Assisted Installation

If you are unable to install Wordpress Campaign Manager, for a fee of $40 I will assist you in uploading and configuring your server. In the majority of cases installation is simply a case of uploading the items from the downloaded zip file in the right places (as instructed in the Readme). However if you have difficulty setting permissions I can perform this for you for the listed fee.
